
2 ripe avocados
2 cloves garlic, pressed (or finely diced)
2 stalks green onion
3 tomatoes, diced and drained
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
3/4 tsp lime juice
sea salt & fresh ground pepper
In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughy. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
